Harbor Child Care partners with the Herricks, Mineola, and Garden City Union Free School Districts to provide Universal Pre-K (UPK), ensuring high-quality early childhood education for 4-year-old students. Through this collaboration, we offer a nurturing and enriching learning environment that supports children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Our UPK program is designed to align with district goals and state early learning standards, equipping young learners with a strong foundation for kindergarten and beyond. By working closely with families and educators, we create a seamless transition into elementary school, fostering a love of learning from an early age.
